Pedestrian Struck and Injured on Perrin Beitel Road in San Antonio

Man Hospitalized after San Antonio Crash on Perrin Beitel Road

San Antonio, Texas (July 13, 2018) – A man was struck and injured by a vehicle near a bus stop on the Northeast Side early Friday morning.
According to the police, the incident took place shortly before 3 a.m. in the 10600 block on Perrin Beitel Road.
Police said a driver crashed into the bus stop and hit the pedestrian.
The victim, identified as a man in his 50s, was taken to University Hospital in stable condition.
The driver who struck the victim was tested for DUI by the police.
The cause of the crash remained under investigation.
