Ricardo Natividad and One Other Injured in Midland Two-Vehicle Crash at State Highway 158 and Farm-to-Market Road 1788
Midland, Texas (July 9, 2018) – Two people were injured on Monday in a DUI crash in Midland, according to the authorities.
The crash happened on July 2, at the intersection of State Highway 158 and Farm-to-Market Road 1788.
Reportedly, Ricardo Natividad was driving his vehicle southbound on State Highway 158 when he attempted to pass another vehicle and entered into the oncoming traffic, causing him to collide with a northbound vehicle.
The force of the impact ejected a passenger in Natividad’s car and caused the car to flip onto its driver’s side.
The ejected passenger was taken by the paramedics to Midland Memorial with serious injuries. Natividad suffered a visible injury, but the extent of his injury was not immediately disclosed.
Natividad was arrested on charges of intoxication assault with a vehicle causing serious bodily injury.
Police are investigating the crash.
