One Injured in Lubbock Motorcycle Crash at I-27 and 34th Street

Lubbock, Texas (July 5, 2018) – One person was hospitalized following a collision between a motorcycle and a vehicle on Wednesday evening in Lubbock, police said.
The crash occurred at about 8:30 p.m. July 4, on I-27 and 34th Street.
Police said a car and a motorcycle were both traveling northbound on I-27 when the incident happened.
One person reportedly sustained serious injuries. The victim was transported to a hospital for treatment.
The crash caused a closure of all northbound lanes of I-27 as crews worked to clear the scene.
The Lubbock Police Department is looking into the incident.
