Cody Rutherford Injured in Odessa Pedestrian Accident at 16th Street and Palmar Lane

Odessa, Texas (June 19, 2018) – A pedestrian was struck and injured by a vehicle on Thursday night in Odessa, according to the Odessa police.
The accident happened at the 16th Street and Palmar Lane intersection at about 8:30 p.m. June 14.
Police said Cody Rutherford, 18, was attempting to cross the roadway outside of a crosswalk when he was hit by a vehicle.
Rutherford was transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
