Sarah Davidson and Jeri Simonek Killed in Falls County Crash on Highway 77

Falls County, Texas (May 29, 2018) – Two women were killed in a car accident in Falls County Tuesday afternoon, according to a local news resource.
The deadly accident happened about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 25 on Highway 77, about a half mile south of Highway 7.
A Chrysler 300 sedan and a Ford pickup truck were involved in a head-on collision.
DPS said 67-year-old Sarah Davidson from Lott was operating pickup truck southbound on the highway when for an unknown reason she swerved into the northbound lane and collided with the sedan head-on.
Both women were declared dead at the scene.
An investigation into the fatal crash is underway.
