Woman Injured in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on North Main Avenue and West Commerce Street

San Antonio, Texas (May 27, 2018) – A woman in her 50’s was hit by a vehicle early Sunday morning in San Antonio.
The accident was reported at around 3:15 a.m. on North Main Avenue and West Commerce Street.
According to police, the woman was crossing the street on West Commerce when she was struck by a red pick-up truck and fled the scene.
Witnesses said the truck sustained front-end damage and had several people inside the car.
The woman suffered facial injuries and trauma in the crash. She was transported to a hospital in critical condition.
The crash remains under investigation.
