One Injured in Kilgore Pedestrian Accident on Green Hills Drive

Kilgore, Texas (May 25, 2018) – One person was transported to a hospital after being struck by a hit-and-run driver on Wednesday night in Kilgore, according to Kilgore Police Department.
The crash occurred at around 9:42 p.m. Wednesday, May 23 in the 2800 block of Green Hills Drive.
Police said the pedestrian was walking in the area when a vehicle struck them, and the impact pushed the victim off the side of the roadway.
The victim was transported to a hospital with unknown injuries.
The driver of the vehicle failed to stop and render aid.
The Kilgore Police Department is carrying out an investigation into the incident.
