Cabrales and his passenger, 26-year-old Josue Quiroz of Dimmitt, were pronounced dead at the scene.

Perry was taken to Northwest Texas Hospital, where he was treated and released.

All the involved victims were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.

Gordon said. Mr. Gordon believes that an independent investigation is important. An Attorney will help obtain the crash report, secure accident photos, interview witnesses, and create a claim.
