San Antonio, Texas (February 11, 2018) – Two people were hurt in a multi-vehicle accident involving a bus on Saturday evening on the city’s Northwest Side.
The collision occurred on Saturday, February 10, near a bus stop near Loop 410 access road and Daughtry Drive.
According to police, a Toyota Yaris was rear-ended by a truck and the impact caused the Yaris to strike the back of a VIA bus.
The driver of the Yaris suffered a chest pain after being hit by the car’s airbag.
The Yaris driver and a girl riding in the truck were both taken to a hospital. The girl was treated for a cut to her head.
No one in the bus was injured.
Police said no charges are expected.

The information for this blog post was obtained from public media and is for informational purposes.  No attorney-client relationship is established unless the law firm is formally retained. We understand this is a difficult time for the family of those affected by a tragic accident, and we offer our sincere sympathies.  While the thought of hiring a law firm may not feel appropriate at this time, as a public service we like to advise that in some cases it may be important to immediately begin securing evidence (such as photos of skid marks and property damage) and witness statements before it’s too late.
