4 Family Members Injured in Harris County Crash with Chase Suspect on West Road

Harris County, Texas (January 5, 2020) – A family of four were injured early Sunday morning in a traffic accident involving a chase suspect in north Harris County, according to a local news source.

The crash happened on West Road.

As per the report, Harris County deputies spotted a DWI suspect driving in the area of Rankin and the North Freeway. The suspect vehicle refused to pull over and led deputies on a chase. The chase lasted 10 minutes before the suspect vehicle started to head the wrong way on West Road and crashed into a truck occupied by four family members.

The family members were taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.

Two chase suspects were arrested.

The crash remains under investigation.
