Floryan Mandoljano, Alfredo Guel and 5 Teens Injured in Henderson Crash

Henderson, Texas (December 7, 2017) – According to Texas Department of Public Safety, seven people, including five teens, were hospitalized following a 2-vehicle crash on SL-571 Saturday afternoon.
Troopers responded to the crash at about 3:50 p.m. Saturday, December 2 on SL-571 near Henderson.
DPS report said a Jeep driven by a female juvenile was headed south SL-571 when it veered, for unknown reasons, and collided with a Nissan SUV, headed in the opposite direction, driven by a 30-year old Floryan Mandoljano.
As per the report, Mandoljano and Alfredo Guel, a 42-year-old passenger, were taken to a Henderson Hospital.
The Jeep’s driver was taken to Christus Mother Francis Hospital in Tyler while the other four juveniles who were in the Jeep were taken to a Henderson Hospital.
The victims’ condition and identities are unknown.
The crash remains under investigation.
