Amanda Rodriguez ID’d as Woman Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on U.S. 90

San Antonio, Texas (July 6, 2019) – The woman who was killed in a pedestrian accident Wednesday evening in San Antonio has been identified as Amanda Rodriguez, 33, according to the San Antonio Police Department.

The deadly accident occurred around 4:00 p.m. July 3, on U.S. 90.

Police said Rodriguez was crossing the westbound lanes of traffic when she was struck by a 2015 Chevrolet that was merging into another lane of traffic.

Rodriguez was declared dead at the scene.

The Chevrolet driver stayed at the scene and was not intoxicated.

The police are investigating the crash.
